Delivery Policy:

Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (untracked) delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received.

Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2–3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please note: these timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

This service does not include tracking. Once your order has been posted, we are unable to provide updates on its journey.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us at info@vestimenta.co.uk so we can assist you.
Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 10 working days (after the expected delivery date) have passed. We will only be able to arrange a replacement or refund after this period.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Areas

This delivery policy applies to UK addresses only.

Returns:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To return an item:

1 . Contact us at info@vestimenta.co.uk to request a return.

2. Return the item at your own cost using Royal Mail.

3. Items must be in original condition and packaging (where possible) .

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Original delivery charges are not refundable

Faulty goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of “wear and tear” are not considered to be faulty. To return order please contact us before sending, stating the reason for the return.

Sale items:

Sale items can not be returned.
